Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days depending on your location. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by visiting our order status page.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. SkinSolutions is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@skinsolutions.online. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
