We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original packaging
- Unused or gently used (we understand you need to try skincare products)
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@skinsolutions.online with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive your RMA number — we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the item back — pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include your RMA number on the package.
- Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
